A tessellation is a pattern of separate pieces that fit together with no gaps. That's how I think about branding. Your logo, voice, story, website and marketing don't work in isolation. I build them so each piece supports the next, and your business looks and sounds like one thing everywhere it shows up.

Hi, I'm Gigi 〰️
I spent 13 years designing for brands in the UAE as a lead designer and art director at SOCIALEYEZ and MBC Media Solutions in Dubai. In 2025, I started Tessellations in Detroit to do that same work up close, with founders and small businesses who want every piece of their brand to fit.

Usually, yes. When the brand and the website are designed together, the colors, fonts, messaging and layout come from the same decisions. You avoid paying twice to make a new logo fit an old site.

Not always. If your logo still fits your business, you may only need a brand system around it: colors, fonts, templates and a short guide. A full rebrand makes sense when the logo itself no longer matches who you serve.

Brand identity projects start at $2,250, websites at $2,250, and brand-plus-website projects at $4,500. Startup Branding packages start at $6,000. Every project gets a written quote after a free 30-minute call.
